Discovery Workshop
A Discovery Workshop brings together all the relevant parties from operational, IT and support teams to begin the process of system definition.
In the Discovery Workshop the MiTEQ technical specialists will identify how the solution will be used, what applications are required, specific configurations that are needed, security protocols and provisions to meet etc.
The Discovery Workshop documentation then forms the input into a system Gold Build.
Gold Build
Once the hardware components for your solution have been identified a “Gold Build” needs to be created.
A Gold Build defines the base configuration, settings and required applications to be deployed on all your devices to ensure that when they are deployed you have a common standard setup across your estate.
A Gold Build typically also includes locking down mobile computers and applying security protocols to ensure that users cannot modify devices in field.
MiTEQ’s technical experts will work with you to design, test and document a Gold Build ready for your deployment.
RFID Tag Validation

Site Survey

A site survey will identify the best location for antennas and access points and provide the documentation required for cabling and installation teams to ensure equipment is installed in the correct locations.
